Business Development Manager

 

 

Position Overview

 

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be a strategic, well-organized motivator with the ability to collaborate with other divisions to ensure the highest level of focus and account penetration.

Primary Job Functions

 

Business Development:
Develop new relationships and business opportunities within the area of our core competency of medical consumables. Develop new geographic and vertical markets. 

 

Account Management: 
Service our base business and determine how we can bring value to our existing clients and grow our business by developing new products and programs.

 

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years proven business development and sales skills

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain key customer relationships

  • Excellent project leadership skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work with all functional areas of the business

  • Strong networking, decision making and negotiation skills are essential

  • Knowledge of the medical consumables and the markets is an asset
